Our Flat Stacks Ovenware 2.5 L Square is heat-proof, collapsible, and space-saving. This container is perfect for your Oven! When expanded, you can marinate and cook casseroles, chicken, and roasts, and more; and when collapsed, you can use it as a baking tray for cakes and pastries.

easy to clean

I have only had an opportunity to cook a roast in this Medium Square 2.5L ovenware Flatstack. The roast sat on the bottom had quartered potato and carrot sitting on top and I added some male syrup to this combo before cooking. The roast was good, and I'm not a very meaty person, so were the vegies. I washed the container and when dry put the remaining roast into the container. It has kept well and I must say I don't like Flatstacks.... I love them. Looking forward to using this new Flatstack on the BBQ whilst travelling.

I love the container but thought that for the lid size ithe container could be a little less deep.
